Off the back of the proof of concept short RED BEAN (2023), I co-created this TV Pilot along with my childhood friend Mahan Malhotra to explore the notion of Asianness in a US college setting.

We shaped the piece around the story structure of traditional sitcoms.
Mockumentary style camera work became a key force of the visual language.
the result
We created this hopefully bold, entertaining proof of concept for a TV show that is THE OFFICE but about an insane bunch of Asian college kids.
